There was a strong smell coming from the toilet and bathroom, and this issue was also present in other rooms.

Very well received, family trip 2 adults and 2 children

We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance. However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).

Many of the amenities advertised in the ad were missing: no free water, no baby crib, no air conditioning... The pool wasn't advertised as closed, a superior room had a coffee machine without capsules... The hotel is old and needs renovation. It's a shame; the hotel has potential, but it currently doesn't meet the expected standards. Fortunately, the reservation was made through a platform (Trip.com) that was able to compensate for this complicated stay. I don't recommend it, especially for families.

It is said that the reservation includes lunch or dinner, but I am really disappointed with the ingredients. Other facilities and rooms are ok.

Very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant has a good buffet breakfast and good cuisine for lunch and dinner.

When I checked in at night, the entrance to the parking lot was closed, and it took me a long time to open the door. The room type and system given on the day of check-in were different, and the air conditioner did not cool. The ceiling in the bathroom suddenly fell down... After changing the room, it was consistent with the room type booked by the system. Ctrip customer service is also doing Tai Chi. Very bad check-in experience.
