I cannot write a review due to the fact I was unable to amend my booking thanks to having booked it through Trip.com Therefore I am now deleting the app and will choose an alternative pathway in future. This is the second time a booking I've made through Trip.com has failed and I've been left either stranded or out of pocket.

Good value and decent for the price. Room was a bit dark and nothing special though

great location, close to major attractions

Considering this is an ibis Budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Great location in the old port area, heaps of restaurants around, walkable to everything. Very friendly staff on check-in. Room was compact but clean. It’s no frills so there is no safe, fridge, kettle or wardrobe. Good value for money. Breakfast was an additional €8.90 but worth it.

Location is excellent, very close to the harbor and cleanness is also good. Very recommended.

Very good price and conveniently located in old port area. Simple but sufficient double room. Locker (paid), microwave and coffee machine in the lobby was a plus.

Definitely a basic room but the linens were clean, pillows comfy, water pressure and temperature were good and pump soap was handy by the sink and in the shower so that was all fine. Unfortunately the TV didn't work and the air conditioner wasn't robust enough for such warm weather. Otherwise, the facility seemed safe, the front counter always seemed to be attended, and the location was very close to the old port and metro, and there was a civic parking lot within easy walking distance.

The room is compact, the main color of the wall is orange and gray, and the light is not too bright, which makes it look a bit depressing~ The breakfast is rich in variety, there are many guests in the hotel, and the elevator is not enough But the location is very good, very close to Laogang~

Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I was treated rather impersonally upon arrival. But what's really unacceptable is that check-out had to be by 12 noon at the latest, and I was woken up at 10 a.m. by a very loud knocking from the cleaning lady. Shortly before 11 a.m., there was another knock, and several attempts were made to open the door, but it was locked. And now the icing on the cake: I was just getting changed when the cleaning lady unlocked the door (!!!) and opened it, only to find me half-naked. Wonderful! Great. Totally unacceptable!

The hotel has an excellent location. The breakfast is quite complete: fruit, cold meats and pastries. The rooms lack bedside tables where you can leave things. The bathroom does not have a hand towel or a hair dryer. For the hair dryer you have to ask for it at the reception and return it immediately, if you want to keep it they ask you to leave your ID there. Our bed was quite noisy, very hard and the pillows quite soft and shapeless. If you don't sleep well, don't go on the weekend, there are pubs and restaurants below and having double windows you can hear EVERYTHING. The quality-price ratio is good but it is quite basic.

The location is good, close to the subway station and the Old Port of Marseille. Hot water and drinking water can be installed in the lobby. . . The rooms at Ibis are relatively small and have air conditioning.
