Kyriad Marseille Centre Paradis-Prefecture

We stayed with my partner in this hotel for a weekend. Having looked at the hotels beforehand for several days, we chose this one in view of the "quality" they claimed presented. We therefore pay 210 € for 2 nights... Arrived in the room it is the absolute disappointment!!! Dark room, tiny bathtub, no water flow, squeaky bed, curtains with stains, brown toilet bottom, broken down elevator on our floor and many more. Having tried to take a bath I can tell you that the running water has nothing to envy to that of the Old Port..... Maybe we had a mediocre room?? Only positive point: there was air conditioning! In view of the prices for the quality, run away!!!

Barely pleasant reception and 1 hour to check-in for 2 people before doing ours. After three nights, we ask, for work, to check-out at 12:15 p.m. instead of 12 p.m. and we get a simple no. Elevator broken and we hear the receptionist telling a customer that he wants customers to complain elsewhere... the class. Carpet in the corridors and bedrooms which must date from 1990 with the design and the conspicuous stains associated with it. The room was dirty when we arrived (chips on the desk and nail clippings...) with a horrible smell of cheap and very present perfume carried by the air conditioning, probably to hide the smell of the poorly maintained ventilation system. Towels that must be 3 years old, and the associated smell. When you ask for an iron, you get an outdated device, broken in several places with big brown spots which, as expected, are transferred to the clothes. The cable is *****ped in several places, and when you make the remark, you get a "well, there's no reason to touch the wire". In short, whether for work or for pleasure, I can only encourage you to flee this rat hole.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Rien à dire sur le personnel, le petit déjeuner et la localisation. En revanche la chambre était glaciale et c’est pour cela que j’ai donné sur *********** une note de 5/10. Conséquence l’hôtel m’a prélevé 200€ au prétexte que nous aurions cassé une fenêtre ce qui est totalement mensonger.La photo qu’ils ont fait parvenir à *********** n’est même pas celle de notre chambre. Depuis on sollicite en vain ***********. Évitez cet établissement et surtout faites bien l’état des lieux avant de quitter l’hôtel.

Hôtel d'excellente qualité que je recommande. Le personnel est fort sympathique et avenant . L'établissement est propre (récemment rénové), les chambres propres et confortables et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier très commerçant, proche de toutes commodités. Il y a la station de métro Estrangin toute proche mais le trajet à pied jusqu'au Vieux port ne prend qu'une quinzaine de minutes. Ce fut mon deuxième passage dans cet hôtel et je compte bien y retourner.

Personal muy antipático, en concreto en recepción. En todo momento el señor de la recepción nos hizo notar que le molestábamos. En ningún caso nos ayudó dejando claro que este no era su trabajo, aún cuando en el hotel sólo había otra habitación ocupada. El desayuno muy escaso y el café horrible.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est totalement refait avec goût et très belle décoration. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. Je recommande vraiment. Belle adresse à M****ille.

L'hôtel est très sympa, il y a une belle déco, la chambre est très jolie et propre. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut! L'hôtel se situe sur une route mais nous n'avons pas entendu le moindre bruit. C'est une bonne adresse
