Staycity Aparthotels Marseille Centre Vieux Port Reviews

This serviced apartment was fantastic! Everything was super clean and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. The staff were really friendly and always helped me right away with any issues I had. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance! 💕

The staff were super friendly and helpful but the room smelt bad Maybe of bad fridge smells and generally felt like a run down hotel . I paid for two nights but had to leave for other reasons but also cause it didn’t feel nice to be in the room

The hotel staff were very friendly. Parking costs 17 euros a night, but the car park is quite narrow. If you're driving a large vehicle, you'll need to be careful when turning. The room has a living area with a microwave and other facilities.

Overall, everything was fine. The location was convenient and the staff were polite and helpful

Very nice tiny studio apartment style room

Great location, but no frills and no amenities.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location and the room had everything we need.

The location is good. The accommodation is a bit old and basic.

Pretty cool

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk staff has a great attitude, friendly and polite , the room is neat and clean, the air conditioning is poor, the overall service is excellent, if you go again will choose it, worth recommending

The room was nice overall, and it even had a balcony. It was very close to the port of Marseille; we walked there.

Upon arrival at this aparthotel, you're greeted with refreshing lemon water, which is so welcome when you're thirsty, tired after a long journey – it's truly appreciated. I was greeted by Thomas, the very kind and friendly manager, who explained everything for my stay. The room was very clean, the kitchenette was a real plus, and the small terrace where I had breakfast every morning was a real treat. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and practical. I stayed for five days and was able to get fresh towels and trash bags. The aparthotel was very quiet for my departure, and Christelle and Thomas were incredibly helpful, always answering my questions and explaining everything clearly. Book this aparthotel without hesitation; the staff's kindness and the cleanliness of the establishment are truly remarkable. I'm already booking for next year! A small suggestion: for a five-day stay, it would be nice to have a small dustpan and a clothesline next to the balcony. You'll be able to spread out your beach towels, etc. And everything will be perfect.

The room has a balcony and kitchen, making it ideal for long-term stays. The toilet and shower (no bathtub) are separate, and the sink is also separate, which is convenient. There's a simple gym where you can exercise. There's a supermarket and the Arc de Triomphe in Marseille nearby. I realized after booking that towel changes and room cleaning incur an additional charge. That was a bit disappointing.

Convenient transportation and comfortable air conditioning.
