The hotel is located just outside the spa town of Polanica-Zdrój, an easy 20-minute walk from the town centre. We arrived around midday and were pleasantly surprised to find our rooms ready. We had booked one Standard Club room and one Standard Plus Club room. Club rooms offer access to additional activities such as bowling and billiards, and they’re well worth the small extra cost. Just make sure to book your one-hour game slot at reception. After settling in, we decided to have lunch at the hotel. Both the food and service were exceptional, and we spent a lovely afternoon sitting outside, enjoying delicious food, wine, and sunshine. We then spent the afternoon in the spa, making full use of the facilities. Although it was busy, it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The spa offers stunning forest views and is a relaxing space. The next morning, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. The buffet featured hot dishes like sausages, eggs, and vegetables, along with Polish ham, cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurts, and cereals. There was also an à la carte menu, including made-to-order eggs, oatmeal, and pancakes. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, yet it's close enough to the town centre to offer additional entertainment options. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

Hotel, accommodation, service, SPA, restaurant, location - everything is at a high level and I can recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and peace. I spend there every Autumn since 2017. Thank you Eris Polanica staff for kind hospitality!

The hotel is very stylish.It is located in the beautifull park. Perfect place for relax and close contact with nature. Spa center has a wonderfull swimming pool with panoramic windows and it makes you feel like you are among park trees and nature. Staff is very helpfull. Delicious , unforgattable breakfast in the park Worth recomendation

Outstanding experience. Great staff from the room service to specialists in the Institute, big, comfortable rooms, amazing food and recreation. Located in nature, far from city noise. It's not the cheapest option but they deliver on every penny.

We recommend this hotel as the best in Poland. It was our tenth holiday in this unique place. We spent it in the Grand apartment, which we highly recommend to people who value exceptional luxury. It is a huge apartment, decorated in art deco style, with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and a jacuzzi. All services were provided at the highest level. The dishes served in the restaurant were a real feast. In addition, waiter service is of the highest standard and follows all etiquette rules. The wonderful Manager of waiters makes sure that every guest feels special. The beauty institute is, of course, the best in Poland. Treatments at the highest level. The Institute's staff professionally provided advice on the selection of cosmetics. Reception service also at the highest level. All reception staff are the right people in the right place. Always smiling and trasy to help in every matter. Mrs. Ania for wonderful animations for children which the children are delighted with. Thanks to the lifeguards who are vigilant about the safety of guests, especially Mr. Paweł for professional swimming lessons for our children. The cleaning ladies do their work with great precision. We always come back full of joy and come back well-fed and relaxed.

Everything was great: the hotel, the service, the food, the spa and the location. We really liked the hotel design. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym and a very nice, decent side swimming pool with magnificent view. The spa was outstanding - the way rooms are laid out ensures privacy and the staff was professional and caring. The food in the main restaurant was really tasty and beautifully served. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a luxurious break.

Aesthetic hotel designed in my favourite Art Deco Style. Great cuisine experience from breakfast( fishes from their own smokehouse), through lunch( modern Polish cuisine ex. dumplings with trout and citrus caviar), till dinner( great smoked trout with seafood sauce and yuzu caviar and Halibut with elderflower sauce). Great selection of wines ( could be more Polish wines such as ' Winnica Moderna' or 'Dom Bliskowice). Amazing view from pool for beautiful hotel garden. You can take sunbath and read a book on the terrace near pool or swing in a hammock in the garden. Recommend this place during summer festival of Olga Tokarczuk Foundation 'Góry Literatury'.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !
