I've tried four times to book this hotel, whether it had been booked through trip.com *********** the main hotel website. Or hotel.com, doesn't matter how it was booked I received confirmation that the hotel validation was received with four plus hours before we would arrive to check in. Thought everything was good to go right? Nope. Never received anything else about the stay, until we are standing in the lobby at the front desk do we find out that the hotel cannot accommodate our reservation due to over booking, and there isn't anything they can do, other than say they are sorry. That would be fine if I lived in the area. But I had drove over an hour to be told they are sorry. Completely unacceptable, and there's no communication set up, had I received notice before getting to the hotel this review would be a positive one, and had it not happened more than once. And IF I DIDN'T ALREADY PAY FOR THE STAY. So we're pretty annoyed with how we've been delt with so we will not be giving this hotel any more chances.

an above average quick off the highway stop. Clean rooms, well done, better than average breakfast. checked in at night and the front desk woman was awesome.

The hotel was very nice, staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
My only issue was the bathroom. There were random hairs in the shower and on the floor. The tub floor was slippery.
Other than that, I would book about with Fairfield.

On our way home from Florida. Great spot off of 81 . Plenty of dining options nearby Friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. With a lot of options this is an excellent choice

It’s an old building that needs a lot of help on the inside. I couldn’t even get the door open to the room. The pool is dirty and many more things.

Room was exceptionally clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Food offerings were scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, waffles & the usual bagels, bread & pastries. Coffee was very good both in the breakfast area & in room. Only complaint was check-in. I don't know how long I waited for someone to come to the desk but it definitely was a bit of a wait. Person who came out seemed to be in a hurry to get the check-in done. Wasn't rude, obviously wanted to get it done & overwith as quickly as possible. Check out was just the opposite.
