This beautiful contemporary home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with ac. The house is set back from the street and is located on a quiet cul de sac in the exclusive Little Neck Bay section of New Seabury on beautiful Cape Cod. South Cape Beach State Park is one mile from the house making it a quick drive or a nice walk. The house which has approximately 2321 sq ft has a fenced in backyard and has conservation area behind the house so the back yard feels bigger! The master bedroom with its temperpedic king size mattress is located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a big sliding door to the deck. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sitting area. The second bedroom on the first floor is twin bedroom. The washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms. Two bathrooms on the first floor offer Jacuzzi tubs. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and TV and the second bedroom with two double beds as well as a bathroom. All bedrooms have fans for added comfort. The living area consists of a large living room with flat screen TV overlooking the back yard and the 1000 ft. deck. Modern Italian contemporary furniture and Stressless chairs along with a card table completes the living room. A little computer station with Wi-Fi is available for your use. There is also a wet bar. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay here! It is fully complete with a Jenn Air range, microwave, compactor, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and every gadget that you might need. The kitchen also has a small flat screen TV and wine refrigerator! The massive kitchen table made of avonite seats 8 comfortably. The deck has many chairs and tables including 5 chaises, a table and umbrella and a Broilmaster grill made of cast iron. Spectacular waterfront four-bedroom retreat, is only 35 feet (11 meters) from the lake. The house has new central air conditioning and heating. Located in Mashpee, this waterfront cottage that is close to beautiful beaches, nature trails, great options for take out restaurants, and bike trails. Boat (kayak and canoe are available for your use), bike the amazing bike paths nearby, or relax and relax on the spacious deck and enjoy great views of lake! Santuit Pond is approximately 176 acres and an active herring run, connected to the Quashnet River. The Quashnet River flows into Waquoit Bay. Kayaking, and canoeing (life jackets are provided) is amazing. Outside there is a outdoor shower with an indoor bench with a privacy door and latch. Surrounding the house are beautiful gardens, rustic fire pit, restful woods with native beech trees, and outside sitting areas. The cottage is cozy, quiet and has beautiful views of Santuit Pond from the dining room, four bedrooms, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The house is comfortable with a living room with a large new tv, dining room, which provides truly stunning views of the pond, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you might need for meal preparation, including an air fryer, blender, and a keruig and coffee perculator. Three bedrooms have stunning views of the pond. Several bedrooms have blackout curtains, that are perfect for a good night's sleep. Kayaks and a canoe are available for guests to use. This location is a birdwatchers paradise. There are great blue herons, mute swans, a variety of ducks, ospreys, hawks, owls, egrets, Raised bed gardens offer vegetables, and flowers, alongside the cottage. Swimming in the pond is not recommended, as the pond is not deep, and can have algae blooms at times. The large front deck offers room for everyone, and fantastic views of the water! On the front deck you will find seating for your whole group with a fire pit to keep you warm at night. About 500 feet from the front of the house, at the end of the street, you will find a small private beach for you to use. Bring a beach chair for a day in the sun, or enjoy an amazing sunset over Waquiot Bay at night. In the partially fenced in back yard, you will find a BBQ grill and table to enjoy a meal outside on those warm summer days.This newly furnished cottage has a comfortable open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances for cooking a delicious meal. The living room includes a large sectional couch for watching TV or conversing with the family. The 55 inch smart HD TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon built in for your convenience. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Once across the causeway the cottage is located on a small private street. At the end of the street you will find a small picturesque beach. The island is 1 and1/2 miles long, making it great for a walk or a bike ride where you can take in the views of wildlife and beautiful homes. South Cape Beach(3.5 miles), Mashpee Commons(2.5 miles), New Seabury(2 miles), and Popponessett Market Place are just a few places that are a short drive from the home. Falmouth center(15 minutes) and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard are also located close by.~Getting Around~The cottage includes parking for 2 cars as you will need to drive most places. Uber and Lyft are also good inexpensive options. There are a few taxi companies that service the area as well.
