Hotel Excelsior ★★★★
"We stayed in the Excelsior hotel for a sports dance event at the Carrara fair. Very clean hotel with attention to detail, excellent breakfast and friendly staff, we will certainly return for the next events. Thanks to all the staff"
Hotel Domus ★★★★
Hotel Villa Giada ★★★
"Excellent experience. Rooms with mattresses and very comfortable couchs. Clean! Excellent breakfast! Beautiful fresh garden! Owners and very friendly artist children. We also enjoyed the musical choice at breakfast! To return to us!!"
Hotel Nedy ★★★
"The hotel is a quiet hotel and is welcomed in the family, all of them are flexed in 4 to make you happy. The breakfast is a good breakfast, the bed is perfect, the swimming pool is accessible from 8h to 20h and the cake is made available on bikes to you in the evening to walk on the bike track along the sea."
Hotel Villa Tiziana ★★★
"There are many types of breakfast, the room has a balcony, convenient for clothes, and the hygiene is relatively clean. There is a supermarket 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There is self-service Japanese cuisine, but it is a little distance to walk. There is a Chinese restaurant by the sea."
Hotel Tirreno ★★★★
"Great location. Spacious room with very comfortable mattress. Quality and varied breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Recommend. Attentive and helpful staff. I really appreciated the agreement with the seaside restaurant, with excellent dishes and reasonable prices"
Hotel Villa Maremonti ★★★★
"A journey into the past in this charming Art Nouveau villa... without having to sacrifice anything to feel good. A beautiful pool with a working whirlpool, surrounded by greenery. Good air conditioning in the rooms. A generous breakfast of both savory and sweet treats, including delicious fruit. Excellent service at the tables and by the pool, from breakfast to the evening digestif. There are many hotels out there, but unfortunately, fewer and fewer of these, especially for those seeking relaxation and tranquility in a vintage setting, close to the sea. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs."
Hotel Tiffany ★★★
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. Central position but not too much, which allows you to stay calm but with a few steps being in the centre or to reach the beach. Free indoor parking and availability (although limited) to keep the car or scooter (as we) on the cover. Panoramic terrace with tables and beds. All the family that manages the hotel make you feel like at home. Thanks to ❤️ Miki&Sabri"
Hotel Luna ★★★
"We stayed at this hotel as my husband was in Massa for business and I tagged along (yay!). The rooms are comfortable with a nice shower we also had a patio which I used quite often while my husband was at work to relax and read. The pool is very nice. This hotel has an amazing breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, eggs etc. it was delicious. They also would take your order for espresso or cappuccino. They also speak English at the front desk if needed which is a plus and have parking if you have a rental car. We really enjoyed our stay."

Hotel Daisy
"Bar closed, reception closed, parking haphazard. Not really what we hoped to find. Luckily a person was available to check us in but good thing we didn't hope for a drink or even a bottle of water. The room was nice but the seating was a bed, or some very small chairs. It had a fridge, tiny one, on the floor. Parking is free, but basically you'd better get there before the maybe 12 spaces fill up or you're own your own."
Campeggio Italia
"The campsite owners, one of the very few opened per year, welcomed us with great friendliness. Always available and wonderful advice, to make our stay program the best possible. On January 1, in the absence of buses to the station, we were organized the free, gone and return shipping. Although it would not be a camping dedicated to campers as it privileges the campsites and bungalows, I must say that it deserves the attention of our campers."
Villa Poggiobello
"It is very nice here, view of mass to the sea. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The renter is very nice."
Hotel Stella Della Versilia
"We’ve just returned from a short tour on Northern Italy and we’d picked Massa as a good location to visit Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre. By chance, we booked into Stella Della Versilia which was really well priced on a well known booking agent’s website. Little did we know what a super choice we’d made. The property is stunning, extremely well presented and clean. There is a large garden to the rear with a small pool and kids play area. The staff are really friendly and speak fluent English. We found the reception staff, bar staff and waiters were all lovely. The Head Chef, Michele Mancini is absolutely first class and his food is spot on, we ate there on both nights of our stay. He is a really warm and friendly character who welcomed us like family. He even made us a little pack lunch with savoury treats for our onward journey. A little bonus, in particular for our 10 year old football obsessed son is that the hotel is owned by Gianluigi Buffon, the ex Italian goalkeeper. The hotel is full of his memorabilia which was a great conversation piece. We would really recommend this property. Regarding Massa itself, as it was low season when we visited, we did struggle a little, especially due to the late opening times for restaurants and bars. We didn’t see it in its best light so it would be unfair to comment on it. It’s a good base though as mentioned above."
Residence Stella
Hotel Il Buongustaio
"It is located a few steps from Massa in the town of San Carlo, with an amazing view of the coast. The parking lot is small, while the structure is well looked after both inside and out. The cuisine is local with good dishes, in this period we tasted some good porcini mushrooms. The service provided by Mrs. Annarosa is precise, punctual and always attentive. I recommend the Fiorentina and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Overall, an excellent restaurant outside the chaos of Massa. Well done Mrs. Marina."
