There is a parking lot, and I am satisfied with the service staff and breakfast. The hotel garden is a good place to take pictures.

The complex is pleasant from the point of view of the garden and the location of the various rooms within the structure, a large patio is dedicated to each room with chairs and tables. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning, comfortable bed, but the bathroom is small. Many of these places also have a kitchen with a minimum of cutlery and plates, obviously there is a fridge with freezer. The room has some peeling on the corners of the walls, which all in all can be overcome. The window allows little external light to enter, then when you open it you are seen by those passing by. The internal parking is good, considering that outside you pay everywhere. Breakfast was bad: poorly cooked frozen croissants, little choice of anything else to eat, like plum cake from the supermarket. Even the coffee/cappuccino were not good, despite having an efficient machine. The complex is located on a road in this widespread municipality of Massa Lubrense (16 hamlets), practically in the middle of nowhere. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, each parking lot costs 3 euros/hour. There seems to be excellent public transport passing just below.

The room was dirty and had a very strong musty smell. We paid for a triple room and there were only two towel kits. There was a persistent smell of sewage coming from the bathroom and the toilet seat was indecent. The sink and shower were not working well. To say breakfast was bad is already a compliment

Location 7 Struttura vista Capri, solo per questo vince a mani basse, ma al contempo curata nei minimi dettagli, i giardini sono eccezionali una vera esplosione di fiori e colori, complimenti! Camera 5 Ordinata e pulita, ma piccola e nulla di che. Pecca molto la vicinanza tra le camere, alle 3 di notte i vicini erano molto fastidiosi, nottata passata in bianco. Ristorante 8 Il vero fiore all’occhiello, abbiamo cenato con ottimi piatti a base di pesce e pranzato con una buona insalatona e una pizza che manco ce lo aspettavamo. Piscina 6 Il sabato meno affollata per tanto ce la siamo goduta particolarmente fino alle 19:30. La domenica inevitabilmente affollata e con bambini ovunque… Tenuta bene ma a mio avviso non pulitissima…. Personale 8 Gentilezza parola d’ordine? Decisamente si! Prezzo 5 (media fra alloggio ristorante e piscina) Caro (non carissimo) considerando l’offerta… ma contestualizzandolo, bhe siamo in costiera…! Parcheggio 7

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo a giugno, molto carino! Abbiamo chiesto in anticipo se potevamo usare il barbecue e sono stati molto gentili nel procurarci tutto ciò xhe serviva, la legna le pinze ecc. Ci sono dei tavolini con gazzebo per ogni camera e siccome eravamo soli, ci siamo messi ad un tavolo vicino al Barbecue non assegnato alla nostra camera oer stare più comodi. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, le camere fornite del necessario anche rispetto all'angolo cottura... L'unico appunto il frigo in camera vecchio e mezzo rotto anche se funzionante, il barbecue un po' arrangiato, e la colazione mi aspettavo meglio, ma comunque buona! Torneremo sicuramente anche con amici!

Un posticino speciale con un bel giardino silenzioso ed ampio per rilassarsi, cè anche un campo da calcetto! Noi siamo stati due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, molto disponibile il proprietario, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli!
