The villa, which we booked and then confirmed by phone, was given to Arab tourists when we went to the hotel. We had a very bad experience, and the hotel manager acted as if it was normal to give the room to someone else, we would accept another room and that was fine, and there was no problem. Other villas and rooms are not equivalent as can be seen on the hotel page. Besides, our room cannot be given to anyone else. We encountered a rude attitude. We had to call the police. There are police reports regarding the incident.
