We stayed for 1 night as we were traveling through Italy on a 30 year anniversary trip. This place was amazing! Clean! Perfect location! And the most perfect host ever!! Dominica was AMAZING! HELPFUL! CRAZY IN THE BEST WAY! The only thing I would have changed is if I could have kid napped her and taken her with us but we know that’s frowned upon. She made dinner reservations, explained the map and best places to see for photo ops and she is just plain joy! The room was beautiful and comfortable. They had transportation for us from the parking to our room and back (which I highly recommend). Communication with Dominica was at the top, she answered every question with in minutes, she has a true spirit of excellence! Matera is a must see. If I ever come back this is where I’d stay!

Excellent structure, we had the pleasure of staying in a characteristic and comfortable structure, all supported by the kind and welcoming methods of the staff at the reception. The rooms, remarkably accurate and clean, allow you to fully experience the concept of the "SASSI DI MATERA". A special thanks goes to Mrs. Domenica, polite, helpful and very kind. We will definitely be returning Domenico and Luciana

We stayed over the weekend of Valentine's Day in this enchanting structure located in the center of the Sassi di Matera. We felt pampered and valued thanks to the daily attention that was given to us, starting with the warm welcome and then continuing with the constant presence accompanying us with very precise directives in the wonderful Sassi of Matera. Inside the room, absolutely not to be underestimated is the attention to the smallest details even with simple gestures much appreciated such as the FREE availability of water, coffee, herbal teas, prosecco, complete bathroom set for personal care and hygiene, disposable slippers and towels always clean and replaced daily. We will be back as we had a great time and our rating is 10 !!! Thank you so much for everything. Walter, Domenica and Caterina see you soon, a warm hug from Gabriele and Adriana.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per una notte al Casale di Maria, situato nel cuore di Matera. Esperienza davvero perfetta. Domenica è stata impeccabile, accogliendoci in modo caloroso e fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno a Matera. La camera, scavata nella roccia, è molto suggestiva e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
