Good location, good price. Looks lovely from outside. However, inside, carpets needs cleaning as our feet were sticking to it. Kids room light was flickering, twice approached different members of staff but nothing was done. Not enough mugs in the room (only 2 in a family room).

Lovely room, spacious, modern & very very clean ! The only thing for me was that the room was hot at night, I had a ground floor room with patio doors but there was no smaller window to open during the night for cooler air while I slept, other than that an excellent stay. Friendly staff. This was my second time staying there and will definately book again for my next visit to see friends.

Dog friendly and in good location. Very handy for one night stopover and would use again. Room could do with a bit of deep cleaning/ maintenence in some places, particularly mould around bathroom window frame.

Clean rooms, dog friendly pub. Real value for money. Perfect location for exploring the Peak District. Would definitely recommend

Do not stay! Room dirty, broken furniture, full of cobwebs and mould. No housekeeping during stay to replenish cups, tea, milk etc. Contacted the property to request a reimbursement before posting a negative comment. But no response from owners.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and warm. Ate breakfast and dinner there, everything was beautifully cooked and tasty. Would return again for another trip to see family.
