Matsue New Urban Hotel Annex

酒店職員態度非常好，而且非常幫助旅客解決問題，十分友善

I stayed here without meals. It's convenient because there's a parking lot right in front of the hotel. Check-in is done by machine, but the front desk staff will help you if necessary. The room is compact but sufficient. It looks old, but it doesn't bother me at all. I was most looking forward to the large hot spring bath, and was able to take my time soaking when there were not many guests. It felt great to be able to see Lake Shinji and the Ohashi Bridge while bathing. I stayed warm even after I got out of the bath. I was very satisfied with the price. I'll stay here again if I have the chance.

湖夕というお部屋に宿泊しました。 お部屋は広く、内風呂もあり、設備が整っていて快適でした。 ただ、洗面台の隅の埃や、備え付けのアロマオイルセット付近にオイル跡と思われるベタつき、電気シェーバーのカスのような清掃残りがあったのは残念でした。 客室に付属した専用テラスに伺った際、案内してくださるレストランの方はとてもお忙しい時間帯だったかと思うのですが、丁寧にすぐ案内してくださり嬉しかったです。 床に飲み物が溢れていたのに気づきましたが、眺めもよく、ゆったりした時間を過ごすことができました。 チェックインの際に案内してくださった駐車場係の方、スムーズな上に、外出から戻った際に覚えていてくださって驚きました。 他の駐車場係の方も、非常に好印象でした。 暑い日が続きますが、皆様どうぞご自愛ください。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
