The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Matsuyama JR Station. It is very convenient to go to Imabari and Shimotan. Although it is not a hotel with the latest facilities, the rooms are carefully cleaned and it was sufficient for me as I was only staying overnight. It is close to Matsuyama Station and is only a short walk away. On the other hand, it seems to be in a business district, so the nearest convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away. If there is anything you need, I recommend buying it in advance at the convenience store at the station. There seems to be a hot spring super public bath nearby, so I would like to go there next time. This is a good hotel for cost-effective solo travelers and business trips.

If you are planning a JR trip, this is a hotel you can choose, but it is a bit far away from Dogo Onsen. The single room has enough space, the TV is small, and the sound insulation may not be that good. The bathroom is large, and there are supplies and charging cables next to the counter. I think the service is very good! Ask the hotel staff where the washing machine is and they will take you to the laundry room on the second floor. I will stay here again next time.

酒店周邊交通方便，約10分鐘路程可到達電車站/JR站， 晚上不會很嘈雜，還跟朋友散步到附近的遊戲中心玩，酒店早餐偏日式，還有松山本地的特產食物還旅客嘗試，這次旅程很滿意

這家酒店大家千萬不要選，有很多問題，是個大坑。 1，破舊。說是新，其實並沒有，整體非常破舊，像七八十年代的酒店。連英文New也是假的，店名里本來沒有。 2，服務不好，前臺入住時因為增加了一個人，就一定要我們換了一個三人家庭房，費用多收了一倍還要多。 3，酒店早餐東西很少，牛奶要了才給一杯，酸奶和水果都沒有，其他的東西也很馬虎。 4，房間裏有一股黴味，好像那種很久沒有住人的感覺。 5，充電口電壓不夠，燒水也不能用。 這次四國之行，其他酒店都很好，唯獨這家非常差。建議大家不要踩坑。

酒店位置距離松山JR站步行只需5分鐘，我住喺是新冀房間，房間清潔，衛生程度很好，前台嗰位女服務員，懂得普通話，對於我來講很方便，服務殷勤體貼，整體十分滿意，下次再到訪松山，這是必然首選！

設施：很好 衞生：很好 環境：很好 服務：很好 非常喜歡的酒店，交通很方便，去哪裡都方便，距離車站很近，周邊吃飯也是非常方便，服務也非常好，非常滿意的酒店，下次去還會選擇這裏。
