Amazing accommodation nearby key tourist sites and shopping areas in Matsuyama. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Okaido shotengai and 10 minutes to the ropeway/cable car station for Matsuyama Castle. Dogo Onsen is a 15-20 minute tram ride away. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and decently sized (by Japanese standards). The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast is fantastic with many different options.

The location is a bit tricky, but if you're just looking to sleep, it's a great value. Luggage storage is available, and there's a convenience store right across the street. Breakfast was light and filling. I was a bit embarrassed because I forgot my charger, but a Korean staff member was there, so I was able to get some help. I had a great three-day, two-night stay.

I stayed here for one night for business. Everything from parking to reception and check-in was smooth. It was close to the shopping district so I was able to enjoy a stroll around the area. The breakfast was also delicious and I would definitely stay again next time.
