Pros: Breakfast was great and getting it included was not too expensive. Location is pretty good, just 4 min was from nearest tram station and walkable to many restaurants and Matsuyama Castle. Cons: room was a bit dusty and the bathroom had a bad smell.

It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from Okaido, but it is a clean place. Cleaning is also done thoroughly for consecutive nights.

It's a little far from the main street, but it was nice. The staff was good at English and it was convenient, and when I asked them not to clean the room, they hung towels at the door. Thank you

If you don't smoke, it's best to choose a non-smoking room, especially if you're traveling with children. This is the smelliest hotel I've ever stayed in. The elevator had a sewage-like odor, and the smoking room's hygiene was beyond description. The bathroom ceiling had yellow water stains, and the wallpaper was yellowed from smoke. Even the new towels had dead gnats on them. The room smelled like a smoky mahjong parlor, and the toilet reeked like an exploded cesspool. The front desk ladies were all very nice and helped me store my luggage.

Very clean, excellent service, easy to find location, and convenient transportation. You can park bicycles right at the entrance. I've stayed here many times and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel parking is limited to sedans only. If you have a larger vehicle, such as a station wagon, you'll need to use a nearby parking lot, which costs ¥1,300 per day.
