Very comfortable stay. The room is spacious and clean. staff was very friendly and helpful. At the dinner restaurant they adjust the meal plan for me even it’s the last minute information my food preferences. I couldn’t get his name but thank you very much. The shuttle’s very convenient and ran frequently.

Staff are friendly and helpful.  Dinner is well served with a variety of delicious local dishes. The Onsen bath is clean and the facilities are good. It is very convenient to visit Dōgo Onsen and the shopping arcade as there is a free shuttle bus in every ten minutes. The rooms are tidy and spacious.

We wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

Hotel has some distance from the main Dogo mall but it has shuttle bus running every 10 mins from 3-10. Hotel itself is very clean and most of the staff were so friendly and carried traditional Japanese good manner. My room is Japanese style and I love it. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was abundant, delicious and presented nicely. The staff named Itsuki Deguchi who took care my check in and dining service did a good job worthy to receive compliments. Onsen was clean and very nice. Will stay again next time

I went there after seeing reviews saying it was suitable for families. My child seemed to like the ball pool and spent a long time playing there. There were many services that children would enjoy, such as all-you-can-eat orange juice and popcorn in the lounge, and making udon noodles (by stomping on them) in the evening. We had meals in our room, so we were able to relax without worrying. It was about a 10-minute walk to the shopping street of Dogo Onsen, but it was uphill to the hotel. There was a shuttle bus between the hotel and the shopping street, but it only left at 3pm. I was a little bothered by the smell of the toilet in the room. There are many other hotels in Dogo, so I don't think I will return.

This is my second time staying here. I was looking forward to the baths, which seem to have been renovated, but was they always so small? The Manga Bath and the Mikan Ball Bath aren't really baths. The coffee lounge is also a bit less than when I was here before. I wish they had orange juice and Pon Juice.
