Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We had a great time at this resort. If you are going up the mountain the train and the bus is very close. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic! I would defentenly go back!

Junior suites are very basic and rustic. There is no bathroom as such but a sink next to the bed as well as a shower. Furniture is very simple. The room is a bit like a long corridor, the bedroom and the toilet-shower first with the bed followed by a sofa area with a small table and balcony. The view can be nice if the weather is good. The sauna and pool are very convenient. Breakfast is standard but OK. People at the reception are nice and helpful.

This Hotel truly makes you feel welcome, and goes the extra mile during your stay. We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row, and every time we return we are always greeted with a warm welcome back. It is a family run hotel, and they all really make an effort for your experience to be the best. Location couldn't be any better, very close to the train station, walking distance to the lifts, grocery stores, and all the towns shops. The hotel it self has an old world feel with lush, luxurious touches through out the entire hotel. Including the only indoor tennis court, spa, ski room, huge lobby with wrap around bar, fireplace, cigar lounge, plasma tv, piano all the makings for a memorable fun evening. The dinning (Breakfast and Dinner, during lunch we are on the slopes) is one of my favorite experiences the menu is really thought out and cuisine of the season. I would rate this hotel 5 stars!!!

The restaurant, the pool, the bar and the rooms were magnificent! The owner Frau Perren is amazing (really cool!) and makes you feel at home. Of course I am biased I love Switzerland, I love skiing and I love good food. In addition, the wine selection at the hotel is really good particularly Italians and high-end Swiss Pinot Noirs. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Bert Carras

There are many wonderful things about this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything is done tastefully and artistically. From the wall moldings to the carved ceilings, to the furnishings, to the stain ed glass elevator doors, to the whimsical barstools, everything is a delight. The bed is fairly comfortable, although the sheets are not as soft as we are used to. There is lots of storage. The breakfasts provided are plentiful. The bathroom is beautiful, however, the it is very difficult to take a shower in the Jacuzzi tub, especially if you are elderly or short. We had to figure out how to negotiate it and wound up with towels in the tub and on the floor. We needed to plan our “exit” carefully and wound up placing a towel in the tub so we wouldn’t slip and putting another one on the slippery rim so we could sit down and swing our legs over! One other thing we would have appreciated would be a coffee pot that brewed real coffee. But all in all, it is a fabulous place to stay

Eclectic hotel with very friendly staff that helped with everything we needed and very close to the train station. Walkable with luggage but only if needed. They provide a free taxi to and from the station.
