the room photo in the apps is different with reality！i not recommend to select this hotel if you want the matterhorn！but the staff us nice！

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, and you can see part of the panoramic view. The decoration style of the hotel is also very nice. Although it is snowing heavily outside, the heating in the room is unbearable, but the price is a bit expensive.

離采爾馬特火車站還是有點遠，特別是下雪路面就直接放棄提箱子走路去酒店，因為我走到一半導航也不知道從哪裡上去，直接火車站打的士過去吧！好像是超過晚上7點就沒人辦入住，需要郵件聯繫會發開門密碼自行進去，但是聯繫攜程客服也可以轉發郵件，早餐還是不錯！房間其實挺一般！

Absolutely in love with this place and definitely will come back to the same hotel ! Staff is very friendly and efficient! Receptionist Matilde is extremely polite and professional! We even extended our vacation and stayed one more night there as we love it so much. The view from the dining area and jacuzzi is stanning ! Very satisfied with our choice of the hotel

A comfortable hotel in Zermatt with very friendly and very helpful hosts. An honesty bar is available for when the hotel bar is closed which works well. The small rooms are small, but good value; perfect for single occupancy, cosy for two. The facilities were clean and everything maintained to an excellent (as new) standard.

A wonderful little hotel centrally located. We spent 4 nights there in Feb. Swift check in with welcoming lovely staff. Nice neat room with balcony well furnished .everything is walking distance and lots of local bars and restaurant nearby. We had delicious breakfast each morning the lounge bar areas were tasteful 10/10

We are long standing guests at Ambiance. As always, we were received with very warm welcome by Hannelore and Andre, and all staff. It was great to see them all again, and meet the new members of the team too. As always we loved our stay and had a great time!
