Myself and three friends stayed at this apartment in Zermatt in March 2023. We were astounded by the apartment's proximity to essential shops, restaurants, bars, and, most importantly, the ski slopes. The apartment was impeccably tidy and well-maintained, but the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – welcome chocolates and alcoholic beverages, which added a delightful touch to our stay. Our host, Menno, was incredibly accommodating and remained in constant communication. If we ever needed anything, a quick message to Menno on WhatsApp ensured a prompt resolution. Benedetta, the housekeeper, resides in the same building, guaranteeing swift assistance whenever we required extra towels or other amenities. We're eagerly planning to return to this apartment for our next ski trip, this time with more friends! Honestly, I would rate this apartment five out of five stars for its exceptional host and incredible location. And let's not forget that the train station is a mere 5-minute walk from the apartment! Our heartfelt thanks for being such an outstanding host. We can't wait to visit again soon!

4 adults and 4x13yrs boys. The apt was a perfect fit. After a day flight and 3hrs train ride, walking into a well appointed and clean apt was just wonderful. Literally 5 minutes from everywhere. Loved!

Had a great stay at Haus Granit, three great bed rooms and a tiny 4th bed room. Very nice kitchen area, and two large bathrooms. Close to train station and ski bus making it easy to access.

no internet access or wifi and no cable TV or any tv from around 9 pm to 9 am everyday i called the manager and several people came to try to resolve the issue , temporarily the tv and internet was reconnected only to be again disconnected or lost overnight until next morning when it was automatically connected again . We experienced this issue eveyday for 8 days we stayed there. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Clean apartment which looks like it was very recently renovated. Easy access to the garden and close to the central station / Gornergrat train. Additionally, the Matterhorn is visible from the living area.

Plusieurs séjours à Zermatt, mais je dois dire que les appartements Granit étaient parmis les meilleurs de tous ! Bien situé, terrasse ensoleillée, équipement tout confort et chic et le contact direct du propriétaire, sans intermédiaire . qualité prix au top ! j’ai adoré !
