The hotel is very comfortable, with beautiful flowers everywhere, warm service, good reception service, and delicious breakfast. You can enjoy the beautiful snow scenery from the balcony. The town is nice to visit and the tourism services are very complete.

The train station is about 1 km walk from the hotel. Walking in Zermatt is very comfortable and relaxing. This mountain town is so beautiful!
The rooms are clean, especially on the first floor. I stayed in room 4 and had a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the scenery and listen to the sound of the river.
Thanks to Miss Carol for letting me stay at Zermatt for the second time. I was so happy at Zermatt.
