The room is big, but the hygiene is average, and the room service is even more average. I booked a twin room but was given a king-size bed and a temporary child bed. Ctrip was also very bad and failed to coordinate after 4 days. The sea area where the hotel is located is also very bad, the sea water is turbid, and the beach is not clean! ! Words can't describe how amazing the team are in this hotel. From Sheel and Sultana helping us pre book the spa and golf, to Ramesh and his team when we arrived. We wanted for nothing. Then there is Vinay... He takes hospitality to the next level. A ten minute conversation and all our excursions were booked no fuss, no hard sell. He genuinely cares about how good your stay is and will do anything in his power to make sure it is the epic trip you had imagined. The kids (9 & 10) had an amazing time, all of the watersports included were great and the food was lovely. The themed nights mixed it up and the a la carte options were a nice treat. The nine was the best 9 holes course I have played. Although the ninth took more golf balls than I care to admit. The leadership team should be very proud of their team and what they are helping them to build. 10/10.

We’ve just stayed at the beautiful Raddison Blu for 6 nights! The setting is just beautiful… the hotel is very clean and the staff most friendly. We ate in all the restaurants all of which were very nice too! A great family resort but I’d imagine lovely for honeymooners too as there are lots of places to relax alone- so it really does cater for everyone

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our room butler, Vashish, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Since we were on our honeymoon, he made it feel truly special by decorating our room beautifully every day, just like in the photos. His thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made us feel celebrated and created unforgettable memories. We would also like to thank Kavita, who cleaned our room. She was such a kind and lovely person. We had a few pleasant conversations with her, and she always kept our room spotless. Every time we saw her, she greeted us warmly with a smile and took the time to chat with us, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hospitality, kindness, and genuine care from the staff made our honeymoon even more special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa. Highlights: * Beautiful private beach with a peaceful atmosphere. * Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. * Appreciated the complimentary Beachfront Room upgrade after our request. * Four good dining options, including a golf course-facing restaurant. * Temperature-controlled swimming pool. * Complimentary activities like snorkeling, paddle boating, glass-bottom boat ride, and swimming sessions (weather permitting). * Guests can also visit the nearby adults-only Radisson Blu resort to enjoy its beach and restaurants. i recently stayed at Radisson Blu Azuri- and it is safe to say that my experience here was nothing short of the best. Mauritius truly felt more beautiful simply because of the warmth we felt here- every staff member we encountered is so hospitable and helpful!, especially Mr. Vinay at the reception- oh the kindness and patience with which he helped us out with our queries, managing bookings and tours, god bless! Ms. Amisha at the reception was equally helpful always ready to assist with a smile. also Mr. Ramesh at the bar counter— managing the lively restaurant space with such grace. there wasn’t an instance where i walked past any of the staff and we did not exchange a sweet smile! they’re easily the happiest, jolliest people always on their feet willing to make our stay comfortable and trip memorable. the pool facilities, beach connectivity, prompt service, picturesque views, restaurants and hygiene added to our experience. looking forward to making another trip to Mauritius, and i know for a fact that i’d choose Radisson Blu Azuri all over again!

My comprehensive review of the Radisson Blu Azuri: The staff deserve a full five stars. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with plenty of amenities, including a bath and shower, his and hers sinks, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, bathrobes, moisturiser, shower gel, hand soap, and slippers. An iron and ironing board were also available upon request. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily to a very good standard. The beach area was clean, well maintained, and enjoyable. However, the swimming pool was advertised as heated, but unfortunately it was not, and the water was too cold to fully enjoy. One of the main disappointments was the food and drink selection. As British travellers, we felt the hotel did not really cater to our tastes, and the choices available were extremely limited. The à la carte restaurant also offered very little variety, with only two starter options available. On at least five evenings, we struggled to find anything appealing to eat and chose to dine elsewhere instead. The all-inclusive drinks package was also disappointing, as it only included local spirits and beer, which we personally did not enjoy. In our opinion, the “all-inclusive” experience did not feel truly all inclusive. That said, Mauritius is a beautiful island and the people are incredibly welcoming and friendly. If I were to return, I would choose a room-only option rather than all inclusive. Overall, while the staff and accommodation were excellent, the food and drink experience let the hotel down for us. The Radisson is a beautiful hotel filled with the most amazing people. Warm, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help guests with any challenge. Excellent buffet food , a variety of dessert each night and fresh fruit daily. We also receive an allowance per person to use at the other 3 available restaurants. You could use your voucher and still return to the buffet for dessert and entertainment. Spacious rooms with consistent room service and replenishing of water daily. Our room was spacious and clean , with a powerful air conditioner, which is needed in the heat ! Well managed hotel. We will definitely be back and with friends!

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived, and the warmth and kindness of the staff made the hotel feel like a real home away from home. The atmosphere was so peaceful, relaxing and family-friendly. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always had a smile, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Ramesh, the manager. He was such a lovely character so welcoming, funny and full of energy! He would always come over to our table to say hello and have a chat with us. He really knew how to make us laugh and made every meal feel even more enjoyable. His personality and hospitality definitely made our experience extra special. The food was fantastic too, with such a great selection and plenty of variety. There was always something different to enjoy, and we especially loved the breakfast. We also want to thank Artee, our housekeeper, who was absolutely wonderful. She always made sure our room was spotless and beautifully prepared before we returned. The creative designs she made on the bed were such a lovely touch and really showed how much care she put into her work. And a big thank you to Vivdee, our lovely omelette lady at breakfast. She was always so sweet, welcoming and friendly. She greeted us with such kindness every morning and made breakfast even more enjoyable. The people at this hotel truly made our holiday. It wasn’t just the beautiful surroundings or the delicious food it was the genuine care, laughter and friendliness we experienced every day. The Radisson Blu Azuri gave us such a warm, family feeling, and we left with some really lovely memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! ❤️
