Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Airport Reviews

I visited Kansas for Nelson Atkins museum. The stuff is friendly. The airport shuttle buses run every 20-30 minutes. It cost about 5 minutes from airport to hotel. The breakfast is good while the space is crowded. The guests are exclusively white.

Location was very convenient, rooms were clean beds very comfortable, housekeepers were really friendly and they greeted us and asked us about our stay, the only downside was that we got there at midnight and the shuttle lady was kind of rude we were really exhausted after traveling for more than twenty two hours, that was the only complaint that we have other than that was pleasant stay.

The room environment and service are all pretty good. There is no free bottled water, and the breakfast is a buffet with few options, but it is acceptable considering the hotel grade and price.

It's very clean and the location is very convenient. There is an airport shuttle bus, so it's friendly for business trips!

Bath water is not hot

A very bad experience. The hotel decoration is not completely completed, but the facilities are honestly okay. The pick-up service was very poor. It was already past 10 pm when we arrived. I called the hotel four or five times before someone answered. They agreed to arrange a car. After waiting for 20 minutes, no car came. I called twice more before someone answered. From then on, The hotel car arrived 45 minutes after we agreed to arrange a car for the first time. The temperature in Kansas City dropped to about 2 or 3 degrees Celsius. I was frozen for 45 minutes before I got into the hotel car. I wanted to take a taxi in the meantime, but no driver wanted to take the short distance.

The soundproofing effect of the windows is very poor, the room height is very low, the room is not big, and the whole hotel looks very crowded. There are few restaurants around and they are expensive!

I always stay here, it's pretty good.
