The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!

Before the epidemic, I came to KC almost every year, and I stayed at this hotel every time. It is a minute drive from the airport 7-9, there is a shuttle, the environment is good, there are fewer places to eat around. Breakfast is normal Holiday Inn level, overall OK.

It feels quite clean. The front desk lady is very shy but the service is very good. There was no smell in the room and the room, there was a touch of fragrance, and the table in the room was very clean. The carpet on the ground also looks very new.
