Terrible indications to reach the facility (above all knowing that google maps reports a wrong location). The room I initially received was terrible. No indications that to have the parking I needed to buy a pricy service card that included beach services (that I didn’t want nor need). Impossible to talk with customer service. I can continue with the list

Great stay. I really enjoyed the restaurant service and the hotel Concierge Elisa. Bravi!

Very nice clean hotel, our room was on the other side of the road to the hotel which we found a bit odd, so when we wanted to eat and check out we had to walk across the street. It has a nice pool and the outdoor restaurant was also very good. The bar was very expensive which we didn’t know until we paid at checkout. There are a couple beaches in walking distance of the hotel and you get chairs and an umbrella at the beach which is nice.

Room was comfortable, very clean and staff courteous. Patio room was a bit dark with a window giving on to covered internal patio. Breakfast was good, although only one choice of bread. Tuk-tuk service to the beach was great.

B&B is in a great location. I traveled alone and walked everywhere to dine and shop I felt safe and enjoyed the area very much. I drove less than 10 miles to the train station so I could go to Palermo. EASY! The B&B is simply furnished but clean and with ample amenities. Staff is nice..
