The Spot Hotel
"Just returned from our Trip to Mbale that was fully customized by The spot Hotel. Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."
Mbale Resort Hotel
"An unforgettable stay! The hotel was elegant and welcoming, with top-notch service By Rashid. Dinner was divine, every dish was crafted to perfection. A true gem for a relaxing and indulgent getaway. Super cool pool and sauna, can only recommend"
Elgon Palace Hotel Mbale
Mount Elgon Hotel
"This is my third time to stay at Mt. Elgon, and each time I visit, I find myself loving it more! The room was quite comfortable---a large king sized bed I shared with my roommate, Anne---with a full, private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, lots of space to place amenities, a hairdryer). The shower had hot water and was very relaxing with a rain head and hand held wand. The light coming in was glorious, and at night, the black out curtains worked terrific! The fact that there is a free mini-golf course makes it super fun with friends! Two of us got holes in one, and it is NOT an easy course! But perfect for families, kids, teens and sporty adults like us! Next time I visit, I told the staff I would repaint the course free of charge because it does need to be freshened up. But the landscaping is really lovely and the sounds of birds makes it all feel so relaxing! The pool is A + The bar takes a bit of time, but that's because there was only one guy behind the bar. Once they arrived, the drinks were refreshing AND I even asked for an espresso martini---so Peter, the bartender, wrote down the ingredients and made one just for me! MMMMMMmmmmmm. Try the Mt. Elgon Lemonade--yummy! The food: A+ and free breakfast every morning! The staff: A+++ Everyone is super friendly and eager to answer questions or help out with any concerns. I would put this hotel on the same level as a Hyatt---clean, comfortable, beautiful landscaping PLUS a powerful view of Mt. Elgon."
Mbale Courts View Hotel
"Stayed in this lovely situated hotel for 5 nights. Spacious, tidy and well-equipped rooms. With free WiFi, minibar, hairdryer, rain shower with cold & hot running water. Besides that, I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast-buffet and dinner-a-la-carte-menu, the ever-smiling service-staff, the shady tropical garden and the full-size swimming-pool. All in all a truly recommended place to stay and a perfect base to explore the Mt. Elgon region, with all its natural hidden gems…"
Sipi Valley Resort
"I always try to bet the rating 10, even if there were minuscules, but it was smoothed by the acceptable benignness of the staff. There was no benignness here. Food is expensive and unflavorable. Other places for the same price huge portions and was very deliciously prepared. The room was constantly running the pipe, which distracted from sleep. Wi-Fi was not stable, you had to ask for it somewhere. Isn't wi-fi for guests? He wasn't in the room, but also in the restaurant he wasn't always. Well, finally the light was only early in the morning and late in the evening a couple of hours, hot water is the same. High price is absolutely not in line with quality. The second time wouldn't stop here"
Starlight Hotel Mbale
"The hotel was very tranquil with lovely well manicured gardens and a quiet space, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the food is good and the service was quick. It is an ideal hotel for those travellers that appreciate peace and quiet."
