The room was clean and comfortable, the girls in the office were very nice and helpful in giving advice about the good places to eat. A big plus was the nice clean aroma when we walked in our room, it wasn’t that nasty smell you get in a lot of places - definitely better than the norm.

Nice staff, but don’t expect too much as far as comfort and convenience. We needed a stop, and this was the nearest thing we could find, but we should have gone a little farther to Dumas. It’s just an old motel.

Very clean rooms way more than we expected , each room had a recliner to relax . Super nice staff meet out needs . We had 15 rooms booked and everyone really enjoyed their stay here. Mark was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed on out stay .

I stay here frequently for business. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, great internet, plenty of hot water in the morning. Cable TV. Staff are friendly and helpful and responsive if any issue should arise.

This place stinks really bad smell like mildew the front office ate very rude tried to check in 4 minutes before my time were told to come back ask for receipt lady at front desk said she will give me one at check out nobody was at the desk

My family was attending a funeral in the area. We had flight delays; the front office said the issue was something that could be worked around. In addition to the delay there was an unforeseen layover. Once we found out we tried to contact the office to let them know, no one answered the phone. Once we finally arrived, we were denied check in and told; "we should have called." I explained to them we did but no one answered. Their response was, "That is not possible, someone is always here to answer the phone." I will be contacting their corporate offices to resolve this matter.

room dirty food under broke recliner (2 places). toliet nasty towels tiny. coffee bad. kids living at motel playing in driveway also living next to guests rooms asked for late check out maid came to door twice before 9:30 am
