"Very good. The environment is beautiful. The reception was friendly and smiling. The hotel's information, including instructions on how to lay out the futon in the room and how to make the sukiyaki for dinner, is available in English. This is very convenient for visitors from English-speaking countries. Yukata patterns are also available in a variety of colors. The hot spring water is alkaline sulfur and leaves a smooth, silky feeling on the skin."

"This place surpassed all our expectations. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, fabulous food, comfortable room, clean facilities. Very quiet at night. Lovely to stay on the mountain easy access for hiking the area. Be sure to take dinner and breakfast option."
