Top location, stuff is very polite and helpfull, bed was comfy, breakfast was very good! One big thing is that the window in our room was very poor quality, you could hear all the street noise like you lie next to the highway! We couldnt sleep well because of the much noise

I would rate 5/5 for such bargain price and great location! 2 minutes walk to Tjong A Fie Mansion and Tip Top Restaurant. Easy to get anything you want in town. I will be visiting again if I coming back Medan.

Great location. Decent room. We went for the family room which has 2 king size beds. Good breakfast spread too.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to find places to eat. The hotel is affordable but very worthwhile. Breakfast is also very good. Recommended for a stay here.

We arrived late around 9pm. The hotel helps us with the luggages from our van to the lobby. this hotel house is suggested by our tour guide. They helped to pack us toast for our early flight next day. Definitely will choose this hotel again if we come to medan again.

Great location. Everything else is standard budget hotel. For single rooms, they unfortunately only have smoking rooms, so quite unfortunate for a non-smoker like me that needs to get smoke-scented room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it, especially for travelers needing a comfortable place to rest during a long layover or short visit. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to get quality sleep after traveling.
The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient and easy to access, which made the stay stress-free. Amenities were adequate for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing.
While nothing felt overly luxurious, everything was functional and met expectations. For the price and purpose of the stay, it was a solid experience and I would stay here again if traveling through the area.
