I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

The hotel location is in central of medan city. Old Hotel needs refurbish. Overall ok don't expect too much.

Room hotel is spacious and bright, room has got a pool view. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

It's my 4th time staying at this hotel. Good breakfast but the hotel is a little bit old. Also gym and swimming pool close at 8pm.

When I booked the hotel, I asked for some items such as a prayer rug and an iron. I also asked not to be put in a corner room, but when I arrived, I didn’t find anything. I changed the room twice. The first time, they gave me a far room, and the second time, a room in the corner. This is my worst experience with hotels. It is very bad and far from the center.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Aryaduta. Location is very good, close to the main square and the train station, nice staff, amazing views from the room and good breakfast.

Are we sure this is a 5 star hotel? Service was good, staff are friendly. Location is ok. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. The air con is TOO loud, particularly noticeable at night. No earplugs, no sleep! And connecting rooms are a nightmare if your neighbour wants to be loud all night. With so many rooms why would they allocate adjoining before normal? We had to change room after the first night. Hotel is OK overall
