The hotel is not connected to a shopping mall. It is across a mall but not connected. The apartment only has AC in one room and the rest of the apartment is hot and impossible to enjoy with the heat. If the AC is on, the noise is unbearable. We stayed in apartment 601 and we found the place old, smelly and in need of a renovation. They will not provide the courtesy of an early check in even by 30 minutes and the same at checkout. Super petty. The guard downstairs told us that the other apartments facing the avenue are even noisier and more uncomfortable. Absolutely false advertisement and would not recommend staying here.

We liked this place. just didn't get the rooms we asked for. some miscommunications. but Staff was really friendly and tried hard to help us.

Been here 3 times already and it's never a disappointment. Very Spacious! Right across the street from to Ovideo Mall and Grocery store. Less than a 5 minutes walk to fitness center and Starbucks. Clothes washer in the apartment. Hard to beat anywhere in El Poblado

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Full kitchen with breakfast counter, glass dining table, desk, guest bathroom, and living room with sofa. Separate bedroom with closet and bathroom. Large living room windows with city views. A/C unit in the bedroom. Very good Wi-Fi here. TV with Netflix. Full closet with shelves. Mall across the street with many restaurants. Secure lobby with guard who buzzes guests in and out of the building. Fast elevators. Quiet complex and neighborhood. Cheaper than comparable apartments in a more expensive city (Medellin). Credit cards accepted. 50% is charged in advance. Professional apartment manager. Credit cards accepted. * Though it states English is spoken, he stated his English was limited, so we conversed in Spanish. This apt is in the business district, so it's a little farther away from tourist sights, nightlife, and restaurants. Parque Lleras is about a 25 min walk away. No A/C outside of the bedroom, so the kitchen and living room were always warm and stuffy. The bed was very firm as are all Colombian beds.

I liked the cleanliness and the apartahotel concept of it. It’s an excellent option while traveling with infants or elderly. The location is wonderful. The people there, nice and helpful. However… the lack of airconditioning outside the bedroom was a big disappointment and the use of a fan was not enough for 2 other persons having to sleep in the livingroom. Having a tv only in the small bedroom for 2 was not practical since you can’t be all 4 in the bedroom. Also having to fix the sofabed for the night and breaking it up for the day is a bit of a hassle. If I have to travel back to Medellin l will not consider staying there anymore if these very important matters of comfort are not upgraded.

The only thing that bothered us was the traffic noise. Maybe the hotel should changed its windows.

I have been to Medellin 3 times, and from on, i would definitely stay there again. Spacious apartments, with everything in it for a comfortable stay, everything clean and new, i loved it.

Very central location for what I had to do. Inexpensive, especially for two beds and two baths. Excellent office and front door staff. Even includes parking space. Would stay there again.
