I stayed here while in Medellin and was very pleased with my choice! I found the room to have everything I wanted - especially in space and cleanliness! I had the room with the spa and it was a great amenity. The location worked very well for me. The breakfast was fine but nothing to gain wait over. I was pleased with the staff - especially Laura with housekeeping. I found myself with various requests that she expertly and efficiently handled with a pleasing smile. She was wonderful! I definitely recommend this hotel.

We chose a hotel based on the area (Laureles) and price. We were pleased with our choice: for €60 per night we got a medium-sized room with a clean bathroom, a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and breakfast included (juice, coffee, eggs, beans, rice with sausages, local corn tortilla with butter). It was strange (for a hotel in Colombia) that there was no fruit, but the breakfast was filling, enough for half a day. The room has a bar with various drinks and snacks, and at very reasonable prices. Very customer-oriented and pleasant staff! Good wifi, enough for video calls at work! The area is very cozy, safe, there is a small supermarket nearby (open until 9 pm), many cafes and restaurants, a 24-hour McDonalds is a 7-minute walk away. Among the minor drawbacks: the air conditioning was not very convenient to use at night, because it blew directly on the bed. I had to cool the room in the evening and turn it off at night.

Nie wieder würde ich hier einchecken . Miserabel dreckig sehr schlechter Service Um 23 h gibt es trotz vielen Gästen nichts mehr schade Sehr enttäuscht! Das Feedback folgt einer grossen Enttäuschung wie kann man so schlecht sein gibt es gar nicht

Viajé con mi mamá durante 5 días. Excelente ubicación, waking distante a la estación Estadio. Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas. Cómo celebraba mi cumpleaños decoraron la habitación de sorpresa. 🌹🌹🌹 ¡Un detallazo!! Te apoyan con la solicitud de taxis desde el hotel y nos prestaron una tarjeta de metro. Hotel ubicado a una zona cercana de restaurantes y tiendas boutique. Muy limpio y aseado el servicio de limpieza excepcional. Esperamos regresar pronto!
