"I'm not sure if this is a Ctrip issue or a hotel issue. When I booked, I specifically requested a room near the elevator and not a corner room. However, upon check-in, I was given the furthest corner room. Is this Ctrip's fault or the hotel's? I booked a triple room with three breakfasts included, but when I arrived, the hotel claimed I had no breakfast at all. Ctrip, are there such serious communication problems on your end? Don't you relay information to the hotel front desk?"

"Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included."

Dogs barking continually, the property staff are very rude and confrontational, and the apartment themselves are very small. The furniture looks nice, but it's very uncomfortable. My back is still in pain from the bed as well, which really messed me up. I really hope that the staff listen to feedback and improve. The building had opportunity."

"It is an excellent coliving, the facilities are very nice, the terrace and balcony are very pleasant spaces to rest, you also have access to a community kitchen, which is well equipped, has a microwave oven, pans and different pots, cutlery and everything you need to cook. As for the room, it also met my expectations, because the bed is comfortable, it had a minibar to store food and drinks, they give you sheets, blankets and towels, as well as amenities (soap, shampoo and conditioner), you have a fan and a television , and you can rest well, the hotel is quiet, and it is also very well located, the area is very quiet, and on the first floor there is a nice cafeteria where you can have breakfast, you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, and from there you can easily travel to tourist places. The staff is very friendly, and they are available all day, they also cleaned our room after 2 nights. It is a very recommendable place."

"Everything was very clean. There's only one elevator, and it takes a long time to go up and down. Some staff members are very friendly, while others are more serious and not as friendly. They didn't clean my room the day after my arrival, but it didn't bother me because it was very clean when I arrived. I asked to change rooms because the one I was given had an interior view, and when I booked it said it had a mountain view, but they resolved the issue quickly."
