The stay was great the breakfast is not, ever.

this hotel did not give me a refund even though I gave them 3 weeks notice in advance and requested a refund from them. My basketball team I coach originally had a tournament, but the tournament ended up getting canceled, so then we were not able to travel down there. Like I said I requested a refund and sent in a request and multiple emails, but was denied even though I tried cancelling 3 weeks in advance. Now I am out $300+ — thanks…

Nicely located hampton-inn near i-5 next to numerous dining options and supermarkets. Has a nice pool without unfortunately no hot tub. Located along a nice bicycle parth where you can walk or cycle lots of miles. I used for running. Check-in was tough, because our credit and wise card were not accepted for incidentals. They have been accepted in other hotels. No help was offered, so we had to find out a solution ourselves. Breakfast met our expectations as experienced hamoton inn guests. Water pressure for showering was somewhat poor.

This hotel is outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Upon check-in, there was no soap in the room, and it took the front desk over 20 minutes to locate some, eventually providing only a small bar. Overall, the room felt old and overused, reinforcing the need for significant updates throughout the property

Property is older but recently remodeled. Clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay overnight on our way north.
