Wonderfull experience recetion girls were very polite and cooperative & helped in early check out as requested

We arrived at 5.30 am and asking if its possible to wave early check in. That time before fajr the room was full. And when we came back from the mosque we got the room. Super kind, and we really thankful. We really enjoyed our stay at saja. Only 5 mins walking distance to the gate 328. Everything was clean, only one was missing that was shower cap. Everything else was supper!

Great location access free parking and they upgrade the room rto 5 beds for free.

Good to stay. 3 minute walking to gate 328 masjid nabawi. Clean n cozy. Service was good. Friendly staff. Lift not so crowded. Everything is good. Can repeat to stay again next time. InsyaAllah.

We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Saja Al Madina! Honestly, the location is everything—it made visiting the Prophet's Mosque so incredibly easy and stress-free. Being able to walk there in minutes was a tremendous blessing and the hotel’s greatest asset. But it wasn't just the proximity; the staff made a huge difference. Everyone we encountered, from the people at check-in to the housekeeping team, was professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. We felt genuinely valued as guests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a much-needed, serene sanctuary after a long day. Clean and efficient service. A highly recommendable place close to the Haram

It is quite well known that Saja Madinah is very royal with their guests. We've got our room upgraded *************. They also routinely asked if our stay was pleasant and stuff. The breakfast variety was nice and tasty. However, please bear in mind that there is an ongoing construction right in the front of the hotel and the noise is quite terrible. But it didn't last long. A very warm hotel and service. Super recommended

Excellent location just north of Masjid Nabawi—about 7 minutes’ walk to the women’s entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls. There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.
