Hayat Al madinah Hotel

I really enjoyed my one-night stay at Hayat Al Madinah Hotel. After travelling and spending time in Madinah, it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room where we could properly rest. The twin beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the convenient location, as it made it easy for us to visit Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was also quiet and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. It was a short stay, but a pleasant one. I would happily stay here again when I return to Madinah, إن شاء الله.

I thought the hotel was an abandoned building.😅 Main entrance was not exactly welcoming. No towel in the room and there are stains on the bed sheet. Good thing they provided soap and shampoo because the wall-mounted ones (hand soap, shampoo, body wash) are actually empty. Telephone was disconnected. For 3 nights, i barely had a good sleep due to children running around past midnight, banging of door and loud conversation of neighbours.😅 There is a bus going to Haram but the drop-off is still a bit far from haram. Still a 5 minute walk, while other hotel buses drop-off are near the gates of haram.

Recommended best for stay currently so far due to construction in rode side

Everything is good but. But i’m not happy about the location. It is difficult to go to the Al masjid an Nabawi because the roads are closed. And you didn't inform me before we checked into the hotel.
