Assaafa Hotel

Nice place

Everything was good❤️ love their services every where was very clean, and love the amenities of the room with their restaurant, everything was superb. *************

It was more than I expected, a beautiful hotel! The location is only a 7 to 10 minute walk from the Masjid. I want to thank all the hard-working staff. The room attendants made sure we always had enough water, clean towels, and everything we needed; they are truly nice! I also want to thank the restaurant staff, the chef, and the whole team for preparing a really tasty breakfast, nothing to complain about at all! They all made us feel welcome and comfortable. Chapeau! As for the reception staff, they were nice, but they could improve by greeting people and smiling more at the guests. The hotel is rated 3 stars, but it is way too beautiful and good to be just a 3 star hotel! Highly recommended for those looking for serenity and quality. It’s a great escape from crowded pilgrim groups and guarantees a peaceful night, far from heavy traffic noise. I’ll be back, Inshallah!

Nice clean hotel at a strategic location for my visit purpose near the Masjid Nabawy quite environment with very helpful staff, I had to ask Jehad to wake me at 4:00am as I was exhausted and said to me he was finishing his shift at midnight but will assign the guy who will take over, and I shouldn't worry. That was done and very friendly staff

Location is very good only about 10 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. Reception area is very modern and clean. The breakfast is very good could do with a few more options but apart from that great. The service topped it for us from reception to the room service everything was great. Fahad was the best always smiling he even let us check out later
