The cleanliness is good and room service is responsive. The view from room #5 on the 9th floor is absolutely beautiful, directly facing the Haram Nabawi.

Absolutely a disaster, nothing like the advert pics, the hotel staff are very rude and abrupt, had the get help from Trip.com to listen to us, the only good thing is the location, the hotel is dirty, never been cleaned, you don’t get room service even if you request it they treat you like ****, all of the Bangladeshi cleaning staff think they are the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, they would refuse to speak to you in Bengali and also hide their identity as Bangladeshi, absolutely disgraceful. Would never recommend this to anyone.
