Our stay at Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was excellent from start to finish. The location is a major highlight — just a short walk from the Prophet's Mosque and the Green Dome, which made it incredibly easy to move between the hotel and the Haram throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that reflected the local Madinah heritage in the design. The staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay, from check-in to daily housekeeping to the restaurant team — always courteous and happy to help. The showers were a little dated and I did expect more from a brand new hotel. That was the only slight but was easily over looked. Breakfast and room service were a nice touch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming, which was exactly what we needed for a stay centered around worship and reflection. This was actually one of the stars of the show, the staff were to attentive and courtesy. A special shout out to a fellow Liverpool supporter Fares on the front desk and to manager Ijaz who took care of all our needs. We'd happily recommend Diyar Ajwa to anyone visiting Madinah looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-run hotel close to the heart of the city.
