A cold and unwelcoming reception. The bed in the room was pushed against the wall and covered in boogers, making it impossible to sleep. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price paid!

Very irresponsible service. The hotel did not pick up calls, and the address was not clear, making it impossible to find the location. Due to their lack of communication, I couldn’t check in, and they are now refusing to refund the money. Extremely disappointing experience.
