The service was pretty good but location was a bit far away from masjid al nabwi but it will not be that critical . It’s a best location for families.

Hotel location not easy. Hotel service very poor. No reception available. Always hot water. So, bath is very difficult. Overall, the hotel condition not so good.

Liked this hotel .. Apartments are new, everything is in good condition. very hygienic. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Loads of parking available there .

The serviced apartments are very nice. They are clean and spacious. The staff is very welcoming and forthcoming. They contacted me and welcomed me before coming. The check in was hassle free. It is a little bit far from Haram but if you have your own car, you can easily come and go. I will surely come here again.

Very clean and comfortable

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

The rooms are very clean and the staffs are very friendly. The manager is a great person and are very welcoming and accommodative.

If you are planning on visiting Madinah, do not book this place. Firstly, trying to locate this apartment is near enough impossible. It is in the middle of nowhere, with access to pretty much nothing. It is not worth booking if you do not have a car yourself. You have to walk at least 10 minutes to get any form of transportation (i.e. taxi) to go somewhere. When I first arrived at the property, I was waiting around for 5/10 minutes as nobody was present at check in time. After waiting, the property manager/owner turned up to give us a key. He asked for my telephone number so that I could contact him if I required anything. I never received a message from them as they claimed that they had lost my number - I saw him save it on his phone myself. I messaged them on *******, where I had originally booked the apartment, yet no response was received after 4 hours of sending my message. The shower head in the main bathroom does not work. The bidet does not work properly. The toilet does not flush. There are no amenities at the property - nor did the property manager/owner have the courtesy to provide me with any when I initially messaged them on *******, where I was ignored. I was told that they do not check their ******* inbox, where they advertise their apartment. The communication itself was the biggest downfall for this place and the fact that they have stated that this apartment is a 5 minutes drive from the Prophet's mosque. No. It is a 17/25 minute drive.
