You can literally walk to haram from the hotel I really like the hotel services specially thanks to Shoaib the guy on the front desk he is very nice and friendly and he helped me out with so many things

Overall it’s but good, but there were something missing, like slippers tooth brush and paste. I asked from management to provide but they did.

Excellent value for money at 153sar. Everything was really wonderful. Only the following feedback: 1) need more toilet roll please 2) bus great but timing is not clear so we can plan our visits 3) incorrect nationality recorded at check in on form so could improve the verification process.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was fair. However, there are several areas that require significant improvement. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, the quality was very disappointing. Most of the food was served cold, poorly cooked, and lacked variety, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The room also fell short of expectations. The carpet did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the bedding did not seem fresh or well maintained. In addition, there were no TV channels available throughout our stay. The shuttle bus service to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi was only fair. The bus schedule was not convenient or frequent enough, and on most occasions we had to hire a taxi to reach the mosque, which resulted in additional expense. I hope the hotel management takes these comments seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the experience of future guests.
