NEW MADINAH HOTEL by IHG

My stay was average overall. The hotel benefits from an excellent location and the convenience of free parking, which made getting around very easy. I would also like to commend the staff for their helpful attitude and good service. Whenever issues were raised, they responded promptly and did their best to address them. That said, the property would benefit from som9e renovation and maintenance. The room furnishings appeared dated, the mattress was no longer very comfortable, some of the lighting fixtures were not working, and the cable TV signal was inconsistent. The bathroom drainage could also be improved, as water tended to remain on the floor after use. While the hotel offers good value in terms of location and service, updating the rooms and facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. I would be happy to stay here again if renovations are carried out in the future.

It’s very good hotel every ting is great

The staff at receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. Mentioning about the cleanliness they do housekeeping daily and the housekeeping staff is also really nice and they greet you when ever they see guest coming in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel for a worthy stay and distance to the Masjid Nabwi is just around the corner.

Very good location, close to Haram. Check-in was fast and smooth. We were upgraded to very spacious suite.

Hotel staff friendly. Hotel is near to masjid Nabawi and food court.

Check in takes time, we reached after 4 pm however rooms were still not ready. Hotel is clean but needs renovation. Basic amenities like restaurant menu, note pad, pencil etc shall be available in the room like in other IHG standard hotels. TV in the room is too old like from 1990s.
