Hafawah Suites

The place is good for the price. There are buses to and from the Prophet's Mosque. There's an excellent café called Forty at the reception that offers a discount to guests, and the coffee prices are great. The only issue I had was when I asked for plates and spoons for the room to eat with. The staff member came to my room three times, bringing the spoon and plate without any presentation or napkins. I asked for two plates, two spoons, and two forks, but the staff member brought everything separately, which was annoying. I faced another problem: I requested room cleaning, and I found they had placed all the towels (shower, bathroom, and floor) on the desk instead of in the bathroom.

The location is quite good. It's right across the street from Al Rashid Mega Mall, the largest store in Medina, and only a 10-minute drive from Mount Uhud. There are also 24-hour mini-supermarkets nearby, so it's fairly convenient. The room was reasonably clean, and there are four elevators that run quickly, so you rarely have to wait. However, there's no room service. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The suite is clean. There's a cafe in the lobby, but no breakfast. However, there are services like a grocery store, laundry, and a barber shop nearby. It's a good accommodation option.
