Zaha Al Munawara Hotel

It was a fantastic stay, very smooth and comfortable room.littlest far away from heram but its a smooth walk,, delicious and wonderful breakfast.everything is fine

We went for ziarah and booked this hotel. All is great accept the breakfast as they dont have much choices. Walking distance about 10mins to gate 315 Masjid Nabawi. Parking wise is free parking alomg the street. Overall good and affordable price.

We stayed at this hotel in Madina and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Around 10:30 PM, the toilet roof started leaking water. Despite informing the staff immediately, it took them around 4 hours (until 2 AM) to provide only a temporary fix. When we requested to change rooms, they refused without offering any reasonable solution. The next morning, we complained to the manager, but he was completely uncooperative and showed no concern for our situation. The staff were also unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay — poor maintenance, unhelpful management, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their customer service and facility management.

Very good 👍 also very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Good Hotel. 10 mins walk from Prophet’s masjid. 200 Sar deposit policy that I didn’t like.

Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family.

I came alone and Masjid al-Nabawai, Masjid Quba, and the other important locations are all close and walkable. The location is nice and they have a restaurant.
