Hotel is good for its price, not the best not the worse either.

Excellent Location, but Customer Service Needs Improvement *************, I really appreciate this hotel, especially for its excellent location right next to Masjid al-Nabawi, the Mosque of the Prophet ﷺ. Being so close to the mosque is a wonderful experience and makes it very convenient for prayer. You can hear the adhan and the beautiful Qur’an recitation from the mosque, which makes the stay especially peaceful and meaningful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service. The room service and housekeeping were quite poor. When I arrived, there were no towels or tissues in the room, and I had to ask for them. The hotel also advertised complimentary water when I booked online, but no water was provided. I also asked at the reception desk about the water, but unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with did not handle the situation very professionally. I felt as though my concern was being ignored, and the way it was addressed made me feel as if the situation was somehow my fault. In my opinion, the reception staff need more training in customer service and in dealing with guests’ concerns politely and professionally. Overall, I would still appreciate and recommend this hotel mainly because of its excellent location next to Masjid al-Nabawi ﷺ and the beautiful experience of being able to hear the adhan and Qur’an recitation. However, the hotel really needs to improve its housekeeping, room service, and reception/customer service. With better attention to these areas, this could be an excellent hotel in every respect.

Stayed in this hotel which is about 400m from masjid al nabawi. Very close location and hotel was very clean, room was really nice and beds comfy. Would definitely stay here again as very close.

The hotel didn't give me a good room. I had booked a room for a couple, but they gave me a room without carpet.

had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries, and the daily housekeeping was thorough. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – an excellent variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly every morning. The hotel’s location is also ideal – close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
