"The stay at this Hotel was great for the price, smooth check in, brilliant bedroom very spacious, the breakfast was lovely, a good choice, they have a shuttle for every prayer where you get dropped off at the basement of the Masjid and it only takes a few minutes to get into Al Masjid Al Nabawi. Overall a really good stay at this Hotel."

"One of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365) It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid. On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too. The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room. All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men. Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late. Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Pilih hotel ni sebab lokasi. Cumanya susah nak dapat hotel ni sebab cepat sold out. Haritu masa check in receptionist surprisingly ramah, which was a bit odd sebab customer service kat Saudi ni takda lah beriya sangat ramah. Check in macam biasa lepas Asar. Hotel memang sangat2 busy so jarang sangat2 akan dapat early check in. Easily accessible untuk yang pakai wheelchair. Lif banyak. Walaupun orang ramai tapi ok sebab lif banyak. Overall akan stay sini lagi inshaallah."

"All the staff were very nice and helpful. I even received a free upgrade to a suite room. Really appreciated the warm service and comfortable stay! Housekeeping was great! We called to request some coffee and water, and the staff replied cheerfully, ‘Yes, we’ll give you everything you want!’ It really made our day. Their warm and helpful attitude added to our wonderful stay."

"Suitable for families, solo travelers, friends also. The hotel was very nice, about 1,2 Km /10 min walk from haram , pretty feasible/doable , check in was smooth , the rooms were clean I got 7th floor where I was welcomed with a big smile, respect and great service from Mr Fairoos, who made sure I got the best experience, asked for some extra towels and gave it to me fast, and I would always come back to a tidy room and a big smile , would definitely recommend and would surely rebook for next madinah Trip, my heart is still in this beautiful holy city."

"Hello, the hotel is clean and the location is excellent. The bathroom in the twin room was a bit small. The buffet was well-stocked and the staff were very attentive. A minor issue was the reception; our check-in wasn't particularly pleasant, but this isn't representative of the whole stay, and check-out was fine with a different person. It's important for the staff to be pleasant and, above all, respectful, especially being so close to the Haram."

"Stayed here 5 nights- 23 to 28 September 2025. My adult nephew with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour ran away. The Duty Manager Rimah did everything she could to help us including speaking to the police to help file a miss person report. The housekeeping staff Hasan was off-duty and came across my nephew and brought him back to the hotel in a taxi. At this pool he been missing for more than 8 hours. The concierge was great too. Laundry service was spot on. I am genuinely sorry to the other guests who stayed during this time and that were on the 2nd floor as my nephew had challenging behaviour as part of his disability. Thank you to all the staff at Emaaar Mektan. You treated us like family and genuinely cared and appreciated our difficult circumstances. A huge shout out to Rimah the duty manager and the housekeeper Hasan."
