All very good vacation experience, attentive, patient and meticulous service. As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! 自然環境還是不錯的，是個讓人覺得身心放鬆的好地方。房間比較乾淨，所有的工作人員服務都非常好，很熱情。三餐不夠都可以隨意加，讓人覺得根本吃不完的節奏，好飽好飽，味道不錯，食材新鮮。一面牆的酒水飲料隨意喝，種類也多，還有好多魚、薯片這些孩子喜歡的小零食。退房時房間的用品打包了一大袋，還會幫你拿飲料路上喝，服務真的無可挑剔。個人覺得牀頭櫃太矮，拿東西不方便，房間如果有個全身的穿衣鏡，再多個桌子放東西就更好了。

整個園區和房間都細節滿滿，而且非常乾淨。工作人員細緻到看到步道一塊磚地有坑都會立即叫人來處理。管家和所有服務人員不打攪不多推銷恰到好處的服務值得好評。能夠包容寵物，合理安排錯峯用餐玩耍時間，被狗子喊叫了也會真心詢問是不是哪裡做的不合適，得知我家仔是個人來瘋後能夠立即做到入住期間不主動逗🐶非常棒，可惜因為帶着小狗沒有享用贈送的温泉門票，不過無限制時間的私湯也很棒！已經推薦朋友。
