All very good vacation experience, attentive, patient and meticulous service. As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! 鳳凰温泉專門打造的玻璃屋湯院，一共衹有9座，共有3排、每排3座。第1排到第3排分別命名為星天外、花間堂、雨山前。
入住前電話聯繫，服務很熱情周到。入住期間吃住全包飲料暢享，早餐口味很好，晚餐是火鍋。房間設施中規中矩，洗手枱上準備了品類豐富的生活用品都可以帶走，可以免費加床，後院有私湯。
入住期間還可以去泡鳳凰温泉，太白山的老牌温泉，湯池種類多，有免費水果。還有一個小小的小童樂園，有龍舟鞦韆、彩虹滑道。

自然環境還是不錯的，是個讓人覺得身心放鬆的好地方。房間比較乾淨，所有的工作人員服務都非常好，很熱情。三餐不夠都可以隨意加，讓人覺得根本吃不完的節奏，好飽好飽，味道不錯，食材新鮮。一面牆的酒水飲料隨意喝，種類也多，還有好多魚、薯片這些孩子喜歡的小零食。退房時房間的用品打包了一大袋，還會幫你拿飲料路上喝，服務真的無可挑剔。個人覺得牀頭櫃太矮，拿東西不方便，房間如果有個全身的穿衣鏡，再多個桌子放東西就更好了。
