It is well located, but the TV and hairdryer did not turn on. The girls at the reception were very kind. The hot spring is separate from the hotel for a cost of 45 yen and the 90-minute massage for 169 yen. They also asked me to pay 500 yen as a deposit. The reception does not speak English but they will do their best to help you in any way they can.
The massage I received was without oil and they still charged me 169 yen.
